Let’s get outside!

Outdoor sessions are available in a variety of settings around the Los Angeles area, and can include going on a nearby hike, strolling through botanical gardens, or sitting in a quiet park. There are many benefits to outdoor sessions, and they can serve as an enjoyable setting for our therapy work or as a compliment to an ecotherapy session.

Ecotherapy encompasses many practices and modalities, and each session may be slightly or very different. Being outdoors can be a wonderful and immersive way to practice ecotherapy, however, these practices can also be done indoors and even virtually.
