Have you ever felt like trying to talk through an issue just isn’t enough? Our brains are infinitely complex, and they affect how we feel in our bodies, in our lives, in the world. Brainspotting goes beyond the surface, the most conscious part of our brain, and goes deeper. It can access parts of our brain that are often inaccessible through talking alone. This modality has proven effective for a range of issues, including people who have experienced trauma, folks who may have a harder time vocalizing their thoughts related to past or current issues, as well as for numerous concerns that may bring someone to therapy.
